About
Luka Baggio is a renowned senior yoga teacher and Thai Yoga Massage therapist based in Oxford. Her journey into movement and healing practices began in 2013, when she trained as a Bikram Yoga teacher. She has since gone on to teach Vinyasa and Yin yoga, and in 2018 discovered her passion for Thai Yoga Massage – training with Kira Balaskas, one of the first practitioners to bring this practice to the UK. With over a decade of experience, Luka believes that the combination of yoga and massage is key to living a vibrant, healthy, and happy life. Alongside her massage practice in Bicester, she also teaches Thai massage and continues to teach weekly yoga classes, workshops, and retreats across Oxfordshire and Europe. Luka specialises in body awareness, helping people to understand themselves in order to heal themselves.
