I was very nervous and I was put at ease straight away. Sadie explained everything so I had a clear understanding of the process. I have had it done before but it was painful and I felt uncomfortable. Sadie was so professional but so friendly. I was at no point in discomfort and I loved the end result. She took time to make sure I had exactly what I wanted. I am booked in again for few days before my holiday. I can honestly say il never go anywhere else now and I will be a regular client.
