Rang me a couple of hours before my appointment to say their waxer had left the previous week. Not impressed at all!!

This was my first time having teeth whitening done, I didn't know what to expect, the therapist didn't explain the treatment to me or how it would feel etc. So i was a little bit worried. She didn't tell me her name or introduce herself when she greeted me, she said 'do you want to follow me?', which was not a great start. The room was very small and looked messy, the therapist didn't wash her hands. The couch was not covered with anything, not even couch roll, couch cover or a sheet. She asked me to fill out a form, which i did, this didn't explain the treatment either, just said that if you have any of the following then the treatment couldn't be done. When the tooth whitening started she said 'i'm going to be popping in and out to check on you, if you have any problems then push the light away from you and rinse your mouth in the sink', this left me even more worried than I was to begin with. A different therapist came in for my waxing, she was lovely and talkative. which was great because waxing isn't a pleasant treatment. This therapist put couch roll on the bed and made me feel more comfortable.
Great that I could book a wax last minute and the offer price was great value. The beautician even allowed me to add on another wax treatment as the online couldn't. Although treatment room not very clean new towels and tlc needed to refresh the room.
Thanks for the first comfortable appointment at the Salon I really love my hair and enjoyed it so much that I am going to keep it as my regular. Thank you so much.
