I am very pleased with my treatment, however there were a few hiccups on the day, possibly due to only one member of staff being on who was poorly herself.

good but was kept waiting while having my high lights and was left waiting to have my hair cut other than that my haircut was fine

Love this place, the staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Only downside is the number of stairs!

I came in at 1pm for my appointment and waited until 1:25 and still nobody appeared at the desk. Then I left, but I'm sure it would've been a nice experience if the staff appeared. One star overall as it just wasted 25minutes of my time.
