Being a regular customer AND having left there on THREE occasions without having a blow dry WHICH was my own choice, BUT having saved the stylist at least 15 minutes of blow drying on each occasion totalling 45 minutes, I didn’t appreciate the frosty welcome when I admittedly arrived 10 minutes late the stylist made the comment another 5 minutes & Ill have cancelled yr appointment WOW then stylist proceeded to complain about two NO shows from the previous day whom had booked & hadn’t paid dep
