Spa facilities were good especially the relaxation room which was clean and relaxing. Fruits and juice available which were nice touches. Up to date magazines available to enjoy too. Couple of downsides which were - No slippers/footwear provided if you are not a staying customer at the hotel. This took me by surprise as we paid £30 to use the facilities which I assumed would include the slippers. This is also a hygiene and infection control measure so therefore spa should have provided this for all customers and not exclude any. I hope going forward this particular suggestion will be taken into consideration for cleanliness reasons too.
- Secondly no water cups provided in the entire spa area. Water fountain is available however it’s almost like being a child back in school again and only being able to take sips of water at a time. It’s not practical as all customers should remain hydrated at all times. To drink water from cups you need to leave the spa through the changing rooms and into reception which isn’t ideal.
Overall good spa, quick registration process and plenty to do. Swimming pool a good length and jacuzzi was nice a hot. Blow dryer and straighteners also provided in changing rooms which is a bonus
Lovely helpful staff, excellent facilities- decent size pool and large jacuzzi, sauna room was hot and stream room was sufficiently steamy. Loved the fact the changing room had hair straighteners/curlers to use as well. Can’t fault the experience at all and will definitely be returning!
Nice spa and good size pool. Very disappointed that the jacuzzi wasn't working it was the main reason I had booked a spa day.
My hot stone massage was wonderful. Pool was a bit busy, but it was a Saturday to be expected. Nice break with everything included.
