Most of the facilities were closed. Nothing noticed me on that, re-reading the email and the offer, the only thing that was mention was that: "We do not offer refreshments anymore as juices, coffee teas, or fruits. [...] bring their own water bottle."
So we had access to the jacuzzi and the swimming pool, feeling that 30£ access for just these two is crazy expensive... A lot of part of the available facilities were broken.
I understand the situation but I wouldn't have paid if I knew it.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Spa was also super clean and treatments very relaxing
the staff are very nice and welcoming, the changing rooms are clean and well maintained, there are no private changing rooms though, the spa itself is good, however there are very limited chaise lounges in the spa area and the relaxing area, so maybe plan your visit in off peak hours. But had a very relaxing time overall.
Place was clean and tidy nice room spa was very limited had to walk to another hotel to get massage drinks very expensive felt a little bit let down by all
