I went to the spa with my partner as a birthday gift for him. When we arrived the hotel in which the spa is in looked very nice and the location was good as there are a lot of restaurants near by. The spa it self was stunning and the staff polite, helpful and attentive especially when we got a bit lost and couldn’t find our way into the pool. The pool was smaller than I expected from the pictures however still spacious. The jacuzzi wasn’t working when we arrived but luckily it was fixed by the time we came out and had our treatments. It wasn’t the best jacuzzi I have to say but still decent.
We got the spa bliss experience which included a 25min massage and 30min facial, the massage was relaxing I regret not getting a full body massage as it would have been amazing. The facial was also nice and left our skin feeling very soft so all in all a very good experience and worth the money.
First time at a spa and I was really impressed! The venue was superb, clean and very relaxing! But what stood out amongst the ambience was the staff. Couldn’t fault any of them. Very understanding, incredible helpful, welcoming and honest. The staff at the desk were very knowledgeable and everyone seemed to enjoy working there. Would definitely recommend this and we’re looking to book our next one! All seven of us loved it and couldn’t fault it. Highlight to a hectic but brilliant stagdo!
We went on a Sunday and it was so quite. Basically had the whole spa to ourselves. Super lovely. Great escape for two hay-fever sufferers especially the aromatherapy steam room.
Booked the 2- people package for my partner's birthday. Could have had a better day at the spa! So relaxing ! And the massage was great, esp. The facial. Highly recommended!
