Lovely couples massage for my boyfriend’s birthday. We got robes and slippers, which was a nice touch. The staff were very friendly. It’s just a shame the jacuzzi was out of order, and judging by other reviews it’s been out of action for a while, which is disappointing when booking a spa day.
It was a brilliant experience however no jacuzzi or steam room in action at the time but the rest of the offering was more than enough. The facilities were clean and really nice.
Staff were lovely. I had a massage and a facial and they were one of the best I’d ever experienced with lovely products and the staff member was so sweet and attentive. It was a wonderful birthday treat and I was very happy with my experience. Would highly recommend.
Our treatment was the highlight. We had a great massage and facial - it was dreamy. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and gym facilities were fairly decent. As far as the spa goes it wasn't mindblowing. The jacuzzi wasn't working that day which was disappointing, there is limited space to sit around the pool so its not really a place where you can rest, and the relaxation room was fairly uninspiring. I would come back for a treatment but not for the rest of the spa necessarily.
The massage and facial treatments were ok. The atmosphere was very much like a gym. The jacuzzi and aromatherapy room were out of service which was hugely disappointing. The swimming pool was cold. Overall the experience wasn’t ok, wouldn’t revisit
