I went for a Saturday night with the girls it was just such an amazing and relaxing experience for how much we paid will defo be going again

Warm welcome, informative and helpful. The back massage and facial were lovely. I nearly dozed off during the massage! Enjoyed sitting in the jacuzzi and the aromatherapy room was nice too.
Only criticism was the swimming pool felt rather cold to the point I couldn’t face getting in. I often swim at a pool local to me which is council run. The water at my local pool is warmer and that’s saying something!!
Didn't receive massage I wanted even though it was on the list the hotel emailed me to choose from. Food was terrible, room was literally meters away from fenchurch St Station with view of platform. Phone rang in the middle of the night randomly twice. Fire alarm went of during the same night. Whole weekend was rubbish and overpriced. Don't be decieved by photos
The Spa facility was clean, and new, not overcrowded and staffs were friendly and professional. Loved the big swimming pool and steam sauna.
