Oh my goodness what a gorgeous treat: really friendly, helpful staff, very relaxing pool, steam room, sauna, hot tub... Fantastic honey and rose facial and relaxing in these wonderful hanging pods afterwards before lunch, which was so beautifully done. Really healthy and beautifully presented. Thank you everyone!!
Lovely experience just a shame the pool was out of service and some cleanliness issues in changing room. Otherwise lovely experience very relaxing
The spa is lovely and so relaxing. But the spa day wasn’t exactly as delivered we weren’t offered champagne or the gift voucher as stated. But everything else was great the treatments were great!
My friend and I booked a spa day package and as part of that we had the 55 minute Inner Calm Massage and decided to add on Express Facials on the day. The massage was heavenly and a perfect pressure in terms of feeling relaxed but also like it's actually done something. The facial was also such a treat. Lunch was great, lovely food options and staff were very attentive. Will definitely rebook.
The spa treatment was really nice although i was disappointed that it only lasted 40 mins when it should have been 55 minutes.
The spa facilities were lovely but the changing room was quite messy and dis-organised and used towels were lying around everywhere. I did enjoy the experience but was a bit disappointed considering how much we spent!
