Really unfortunate, I had what was supposed to be balayage but when I got home I realised it was really poorly done, basically like highlights but starting lower with no blending into my natural colour, the line between my natural hair colour and the colour is really obvious like a straight line. The haircut was nice and refreshing, friendly staff but just really disappointed with the colour. Ideally would like a refund for the colour but didn't see an email to contact privately about this.

The place was not looking clean, the brushes were super old and full of hair of other people, looking disgusting. It’s something they won’t spend to much money to replace, and should consider.
The stylist was friendly but the cut was terrible, it’s all in different levels! It’s my fault for trying to give a chance to a £20 haircut. Not coming again.
