Highlights looked nice on the top layer but when i got home and checked it all the underneath it was awful, I can tie my hair up now it looks so bad. Won’t be going back

Michelle was really nice and made me feel welcomed. She asked me many questions to get an image of how I would like to have my balayage as well as the hair cut. The treatment wasn't rushed, the balayage was worked into my hair evenly. thank you!
