The place is dirty and the hairdresser will not listen to you. She did a different cut from what I asked and they use used, unclean and old brushes and scissors when doing your haircut. I pointed both things out to her, she replied that a) once dry my hair will look different (it doesn’t) and b) the brushes were clean, all while holding brushes full of other people’s hair. I pointed this out again, only to have her reply that she washes them. It was like talking to a wall.
