Really unfortunate, I had what was supposed to be balayage but when I got home I realised it was really poorly done, basically like highlights but starting lower with no blending into my natural colour, the line between my natural hair colour and the colour is really obvious like a straight line. The haircut was nice and refreshing, friendly staff but just really disappointed with the colour. Ideally would like a refund for the colour but didn't see an email to contact privately about this.
