Went here for a quick one length trim and have ended up with wonky hair and much shorter than I had asked for! One side is visibly longer than the other, it's so obvious that I've had people comment on it. I'm going to have to go elsewhere to fix it meaning another few inches will have to be cut off when I just wanted a trim. Avoid!!!! Was also refused a refund when I complained.
