Had my hair cut, just a straight cut. Came home and noticed it was 2 cm wonky. Called the salon explaining that I wanted my money back as I wanted it fixed elsewhere. No apology.
Went to the salon and explained, she did offer to rectify it, but I said I preferred the money back and didn’t feel comfortable having her do it.
She gave me massive attitude, spoke down to me and gave me evil eyes as I left the salon. Never received an apology only terrible treatment.
Don’t go there, not worth it!
