I thought Anita was lovely, and she did a great job. When I arrived, she seemed a little upset because I had arrived about 30 minutes early and she doesn't have much waiting space; I only arrived early because I was unsure of the location and didn't want to arrive late. Your Tariff said that the treatment would take 1.5 hours (including 45 minutes for the Scrub); in fact, it only took about 30 minutes, and then she had to go out to do a treatment - however, I would be happy to go back to her.
