Apparently the Treatwell bookings don’t feed through on the Regis booking system. As a result the hairdresser wasn’t expecting my blow dry appointment. After nearly a half hour delay the blow dry felt rushed and was not the best quality (very frizzy!). It was also far from a relaxing experience, I understand the hairdresser was stressed but this didn’t feel professional.
I didn’t even get a blow dry and I’ve not had a refund. Myself and two of my friends booked in for a blow dry and we turned up and she had no idea we were coming despite paying and booking weeks in advance.
I turned up and was sent away with wet hair. I’ve not had a refund and the owner was appalling.
