Appointment was end of day due to work. I felt that stylist was in a rush to leave and didn't take the time to get my hair cut right. Customer service not great. Almost had my eye out with scissors at one point. Didn't take the time to show me the hair from the back once finished. I also felt uncomfortable with some of the small talk which was at times quite vulgar and unprofessional. Once home, I realised how inconsistent the cut was, so I had to book myself into another salon to get it fixed.
