I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. My hairdresser really took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The attention to detail and care in every step was amazing.

Got there, waited quite a while, no acknowledgment. Finally had someone come over and said I had an appointment was asked if I ‘was sure it wasn’t next door’ I said no showed my booking and got ‘oh ok’ as a reply. Not the warmest place to go to, treated like a clear inconvenience. expected to at least be welcomed and valued as a new customer. Not exactly a cheap cut and a bit of customer service wouldn’t go amiss, hair cut was decent but definitely won’t be my new hairdressers
