Vikki welcomed me took my coat, and we then sat down to discuss what I wanted, looked at photos she offered advice regarding care as I am due surgery and will have limited arm movement for a while, so was looking for a low maintenance style. While cutting she asked if it was short enough and the shaping was ok. All in all a great experience
