Got there, waited quite a while, no acknowledgment. Finally had someone come over and said I had an appointment was asked if I ‘was sure it wasn’t next door’ I said no showed my booking and got ‘oh ok’ as a reply. Not the warmest place to go to, treated like a clear inconvenience. expected to at least be welcomed and valued as a new customer. Not exactly a cheap cut and a bit of customer service wouldn’t go amiss, hair cut was decent but definitely won’t be my new hairdressers

Lovely friendly salon and despite my booking on Treatwell not being received by the salon they still managed to fitment in without rushing me or leaving me waiting.
