I arrived at the salon to be told they don’t have my appointment. I was super disappointed so they decided to wash my hair but the girl washing it had super long nails which left me with a headache combined with being washed with cold water. Then she blow dried my hair roughly but had no idea what she is doing so I had to do it myself and leave. I cannot believe I paid nearly £40 for that experience. I would like my money back

Terrible experience. They didn't have my booking, causing a ton of frustration. Then, Kozeta was SHOUTING at the other stylists. It was awful. I felt so uncomfortable.
Monica took over my booking because Kozeta had lost the plot, and I didn't want her near my head with a pair of scissors.
However, I would recommend booking with Monica as she was great. She was the only saving grace for the salon, and remained professional throughout the whole experience.

Haircut was fine but there was a really strange atmosphere. Firstly the booking I made (and pre paid) wasn’t showing up. I got a computer says no answer and was told to call the manager the next day. I wasn’t happy with this and finally they agreed to make time. But there seemed to have been an argument/fight amongst the staff and one staff member was shouting (and at one point even swore) at the lady cutting my hair, who was arguing back in another language. It was a really awkward situation
