Haircut was fine but there was a really strange atmosphere. Firstly the booking I made (and pre paid) wasn’t showing up. I got a computer says no answer and was told to call the manager the next day. I wasn’t happy with this and finally they agreed to make time. But there seemed to have been an argument/fight amongst the staff and one staff member was shouting (and at one point even swore) at the lady cutting my hair, who was arguing back in another language. It was a really awkward situation
I visited Regis in Brent Cross on the weekend to have my hair cut. I met Monica. She was absolutely lovely, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I was really happy with her service. Highly recommended! See you again next time! Thank you!
