Really good, but i wanted a blow out.. but what she did with the curling iron was nice too.

I arrived at the salon to be told they don’t have my appointment. I was super disappointed so they decided to wash my hair but the girl washing it had super long nails which left me with a headache combined with being washed with cold water. Then she blow dried my hair roughly but had no idea what she is doing so I had to do it myself and leave. I cannot believe I paid nearly £40 for that experience. I would like my money back

Terrible experience. They didn't have my booking, causing a ton of frustration. Then, Kozeta was SHOUTING at the other stylists. It was awful. I felt so uncomfortable.
Monica took over my booking because Kozeta had lost the plot, and I didn't want her near my head with a pair of scissors.
However, I would recommend booking with Monica as she was great. She was the only saving grace for the salon, and remained professional throughout the whole experience.
After travelling for more than an hour, I arrived and the receptionist said my booking was not on the system. This is despite having paid £50 ahead (which still has not been refunded!!). I showed the receptionist my booking and she said "Ergh this always happens with Treatwell", and gave me a flimsy mobile number to call written on the back of a tissue. When I asked for a refund, she said I'd have to contact Treatwell, and Treatwell said it's the Salon that's accountable for the refund. TERRIBLE
The stylist understood what I wanted for my hair style and was able to acomplish it
