This was my first time having professional waxing, but I had no need to be worried. Sarah was excellent at explaining the process and putting me at ease, so there were no nasty surprises. Ignore what tv and films portray - the reality is nowhere near as bad! Very happy with the results, so I will definitely be returning again.

Sarah at Gorilla is fantastic. Got a silverback treatment. My hair is thick and hard. Though naturally a painful experience, Sarah can is fantastic and will get u through it. Punctual sessions, professional, very good talker to get you through the session and give very good post treatment advise. 100% recommended.
