Whilst I'm not a beginner at having some waxing done this was my first time here. Easy, relaxed and comfortable. I have no embarrassment issues nor am I nervous but I'm certain that if I suffered with either I'd have been put at my ease. Have no concerns about visiting.

This is a painful treatment, no hiding from it. But I cannot think of anyone more professional and warm than Sarah who would be able to make it as bearable as possible. Booked my next appointment already
