Presumably the most painful facial in ages. Apart from that staff is welcoming as usual but I expected a bit more care even when cleansing and moisturising face.

Very friendly and professional staff. Offered hot drink which was nice touch. Great selection of polish colours.
Gel Nails Pedicure
The wax itself was ok, but the service was not good at all. Working in service industry I might be expexting a bit more. I felt the wax very hot and instead of kindly explain that it was at the correct temperature i got one "No it is not hot at all". Not expecting the lady to lower the temperature but a bit more empathy would be highly appreciated
Hollywood Waxing
Really great shellac manicure still going strong after over a week. Therapist was lovely and gave advice about making my nails stronger. Will definitely go back.
I absolutely love coming here for a little relaxation and beauty treatments. It's not cheap, granted, but the staff are fantastic, great atmosphere and it's all worth it in the end.
I always request Roksana, whether it's for intimate waxing or having my nails done. She's quick, efficient and does a sensational job. And besides all that, she's wonderful. 5 stars, as always.
