Lovely place with lovely tanning lady. Very pleased with my tan, it was a gorgeous colour and very even. Only small thing is it would of been nice to of been offered a refreshment or glass of water whilst I was waiting. Definitely going again 😊

The place was really nice and clean but the lash technician needs to listen to her clients. My eye shape is quite different so I would not require the generic design or length. I asked for thicker shorter lashes and she gave me gappy long lashes which kept on touching my eyebrows and they only lasted a week even after following aftercare. I was so upset as I had high expectations for such a sophisticated place. I have later gotten lashes for half the price which has even lasted longer. I won't be returning for lashes.

I had booked eyebrow threading and tinting. I was taken through straight away when I arrived. After doing the threading, the beautician went to finish and I asked about my tint. She tried telling me I had only booked in for a thread and she didn't have time to do the tint. When I pointed out that this was incorrect she checked and agreed I had booked for a tint as well but for some reason treatwell had only booked time for a thread and not a tint. She also said regardless I wasn't able to do a tint as I was a first time customer and would need to do a patch test first. If this is the case, this should be clearly stipulated so you are aware of this before you book as the tint was the main reason I booked and I was very disappointed to only be told this after I arrived. I now have to return at another date for the tint (as I have paid for thread and tint). The threading itself was fine and I would go back again.
