Wax was fine. But they charged me incorrectly then called me back and asked me to pay over the phone taking my card number etc. But doing so in a public place which made me feel uncomfortable. I had to ask them to call me back later when I was at home and my card details would not be at risk. This was not received well by the receptionist and there was little in the way of regret for taking the wrong payment in the first place. They had no change in the till so They made all of us paying to wait until someone was sent to the shops to get some. When I asked to pay by card they charged the wrong amount! These are the basics of running a business. And it's a shame because otherwise it's a nice place. Not sure if I'll be back though as this and not having enough equipment to do manicures felt really unprofessional.
There are 4 seats for manicures, but only three lights and two pots of base coat and top coat-so the four manicurists had to keep passing the lights and polish jars around. It was bizarre and did not look or feel professional.
