I have been to this salon many times to do my eyebrows with a different girl and always really liked it. Reception staff is always very nice as well and it is pretty in there. However, the woman doing my mani and pedi made me feel very uncomfortable. She was not particularly friendly and kept laying into me for choosing a light nail vanish.. like it was not my choice! Then while waiting for my polish to dry i accidently ruined one of the nails (maybe because i felt so on edge!) which i understand is frustrating but i immediately said we didnt need to fix it as it was my fault. She however painted it again while talking to me like a child saying things like "just sit still this time!!" "watch television!". I rarely have my nails done and this was supposed to be a relaxed and pampering experience. It has been a week now and i have had to take the polish off. Not a very good value if you ask me as the nails were just quickly cut and painted. No softening on the skin or cuticles removed. I will continue to visit the salon but not for this sort of treatment.
