Although the staff were very friendly and efficient I was disappointed that the beautician cut the skin above my eye in two places and didn't mention it. When I left the salon my eyes felt sore but I am used to this and expected the redness to go down. When the redness died down I realised I had quite a big cut above my eye. Makes me nervous to go back..
