I have been getting my nails done at Regency Beauty from time to time and always have left with long lasting and perfect shellac manicure but this time the quality I received wasn't quite there - the nails chipped at the end of first week and the color started peeling off very fast.

Was pleased that it was open in the evening and the price was good. Went straight to the treatment as no other bookings. However, I booked a wax but was threaded which is not good for me as one side is much more sensitive than the other so more painful than I was expecting even though not a long treatment. As I had booked waxing, I didn't think to check that this was what would happen before the treatment was underway. Otherwise a good place to remember for after work bookings. by far the quickest way to find the salon from Stratford is to go through the back exit of Westfield near the supermarket.

I always enjoy my treatments at Regency Beauty. Lovely clean and modern salon and friendly staff. Treatments are always done well. I was disappointed with the colour as it came out transparent but other than that, good treatment.
