Since they reduced a bit the prices I’m living for it. It’s super convenient for me in terms of location, and the venue is always welcoming, but the prices were a bit high comparing to what is around.
The girls are always very polite and nice. It can feel a bit noisy sometimes as many people goes in and out for the tan beds, but is fine to be honest.

I booked 3 different treatments. When I called the salon to cancel the one treatment, 48 hours before, it seemed to cause some concernation so I decided to contact Treatwell to avoid the possibility of being charged.
When I arrived at the salon I was rushed in despite it being 10am on a Monday and no other clients in the salon. I made a request that my lip thread be slightly limited to the area above my lip to avoid strong regrow in the wider area. The beautician said 'yes yes' then proceeded to cover the area I asked she reasonably avoid and I had to ask she stop.
Then I had an eyelash tint. I asked for a cushion as I found using the recliner chair uncomfortable for the 2 treatments. The beautician rolled her eyes and smirked within my eyeshot as she went to get a cushion. The eyelash tint lasted less than 10 minutes and was barely noticeable.
The entirely disappointing experience lasted less than the appointed time and I left feeling shaken & dissatisfied. I will not be returning. In addition you can have a similar lip thread in Stratford mall for a quarter of the price. I can see no justification for this service costing £10 at Regency.
