The beauticians were lovely and gentle, but what the salon failed at was the pricing of 'express pedicure' and not making clear what an 'express pedicure' actually involves. When I booked online, 'express pedicure' looks like it at least involves washing and filing and softening of the skin, but it turned out that it is merely shaping the toe nails and putting on nail polish. I could have done that at home myself rather than paying £20 for it. It is disproportionately expensive! Not happy at all.
