I had absolutely dreadful experience with my therapist: impolite, messy and made the treatment feel unhygienic. The salon is nice and the manager was great at handling my feedback and resolving the issues.

It was my first time at Regency and I had an awesome experience. I had a brow and tint service, and Federica took the time to educate me on how to properly care for my brows and to answer all my questions. I will definitely visit again.

Frederica went the extra mile to make sure my manicure was perfect for my wedding. She was friendly & generous. She made sure I was happy with the manicure and shared some tips with me. It was a lovely experience and I would go back again for sure. Nice salon and lovely experience. Thank you so much Frederica and colleagues.
