I had to wait 45 minutes for my appointment because the times were wrong on their system and they overran with the person before me. They got my treatment wrong which was supposed to be a 30 min shape and polish but was given an hour pedicure (albeit a nice pedicure) - the therapist only noticed halfway through. The quality of the shellac polish was very bad and messy with parts of my nail missed out for the colour and not finished well. I had to remind them to add the cuticle oil on one foot.

There was an awkward confrontation between a customer and her manicurist while I was waiting. My waxing was sloppy, strings of wax floating in the air over my head and I later found many dried bits of wax all over my thighs. She also failed to get the hair on the inside of my lips which meant I had to shave when I was home anyway. However, the member of staff was attentive, asking me if the wax temperature was fine regularly, and generally had a pleasant manner.
