I wanted to get a french shellac manicure but it wasn’t on the list of options on Treatwell so assumed it was the same price as shellac manicure. When I got there I was told it is an extra £5 but because they only take card and minimum spend is £10, I had to pay £10 extra and the £5 would go on my account. Not sure if I’ll make it back so a little disappointing that it wasn’t just listed on Treatwell.

Happy with my nails! I would have preferred if the preparation was done after softening the cuticles a bit with warm water or oil (instead of working on them dry) but other than that, I'm satisfied with the outcome.

I love going to Regency, my nails are always done perfectly and the girls are so lovely. Looking forward to my next visit. Precautions and PPE done very well.

Absolutely lovely ! The beautician was very careful, making sure I was comfortable no matter what, and making sure the job was done neatly. Very satisfied. Will come back.
