Save your money. They changed the type of manicure without telling me. Only found out when I got there. Then said they couldn’t refund me because it was less than 24h even though they had changed the service.
Karimi was such a good therapist. She was flexible and added a treatment (eyebrow threading) despite me asking last minute, and she did a brilliant job.
The treatment itself was done well, however the attempts to upsell became awkward. The receptionist made me aware of the offer when I first arrived and I said clearly that I couldn’t afford it. Then, during the procedure I was made aware of a different offer and my refusal wasn’t accepted until I again said I couldn’t afford it. I know it’s a business and it’s there to sell but please tell your staff to take the first answer and not keep pressing until the client has to embarrass themselves.
