I have regular appointments with Matt because his support has been, and continues to be, invaluable in helping me cope with a long standing chronic health problem.
I can honestly say his treatments make such a difference to my well being, emotionally and physically.
He always listens and acts accordingly on any feedback I’ve given him as to how my body has felt in between sessions so every treatment is “bespoke” for how I am feeling rather than a “one size fits all approach”.

Excellent experience. Matthew is very knowledgable, gentle and really listens to you. He makes sure you are comfortable with the pressure when it comes to Myofascial release. He also explains everything. I felt very aligned and relaxed after I left.
