fabulous treatment I have been struggling for six months after an ankle fracture I am now on the road to recovery

Had lots of discomfort in my right shoulder - pain, burning, numbness. Didn't understand Fascia treatment but it was explained well & just seemed to make sense. The treatment is not too intrusive and is quite firm yet gentle, as the movement is extremely slow. The treatment is working. The fascia around the neck, shoulder & shoulder blade is more agile, and the discomfort has reduced somewhat. Hoping over time, it will improve more. I personally feel this treatment has helped me enourmously & I will keep up with regular visits one my initial 5 weekly treatment session has ended.

Mathew is very knowledgeable regarding Myofascial Release Therapy. He puts me at ease during treatment and keep me informed about each treatment process.
He speaks in the way that allows me to understand and links muscles and movement to the pains I had.
He also emails me any internet links that he thinks will assist me with recovery.
If you are struggling with long term niggles or pain, let Mathew treat you. I have had better results from Mathew’s sessions than any doctor could provide me.
