Fantastic! Matthew really knows his stuff, I went from absolute agony to the point I could hardly walk to 95% pain free in 3 sessions. I honestly cannot thank this man enough, if you're in pain go see him. You will not regret it!!
I always trusted my GP, never again! I've been misdiagnosed and dosed up on pain killers and anti depressants that I didn't need! 1 session with Matthew and I actually felt the cause of my pain was being treated rather than masked!! Absolutely first class treatment!

I have Fibromyalgia (chronic pain & fatigue) and have tried all sorts to heal. I've had sessions with Mathew & Mel and I can honestly say they are absolute miracle workers. I've gone from not being able to walk or wash my hair with pain, to having a good level of health restored and some days I am now completely pain free. I know I am still a work in progress but I am so grateful to of found something actually works.

I came here to get more flexibility from my shoulder area - myofacial release massage. I have more than I came with so hopefully with a couple more I will be able to do more yoga positions.
