Matthew's treatment is exceptional and gives fantastic results when others have not made a bit of difference to the pain I have experienced for years. Additionally the experience is more relaxing than any spa treatment and worth having just for that benefit. I would highly recommend.

My years of pain has made me feel very exhausted and isolated.
However I had seen great reviews for Regain and I started to Google and came across Myofascial Release so decided to give it a go.
I must admit I have been blown away.
Mathew was very understanding, knowledgeable and professional.He made me feel at ease.
I felt like I was walking around with led boots on and after 1 treatment I feel like they have been taken off.
It's given me some energy back. So thankyou Matthew I would highly reccomend
