Great offer - bargain for the awesome teaching. Feel so much better and really pleased I discovered Pilates as its really helped my body tone up and stop by shoulders from being so rounded. Love it!

antastic lesson, great workout and feeling toned all over and instructor really knew her stuff - v impressed. also had free posture analsysis which was amazing and helped me understand what i should be doing in the gym to help my posture and general aches and pains. will be back for more.
