The saloon is unreliable and with the worst customer experience. I went to do my nails and not only they did not have a product to remove my previous nails, they were rude and dismissive. Did not do the nails and still have not received the refund.

took 1.5 hours for pedicure cuz I had to wait for ages. Eventually told there was a booking system issue but would’ve rather they were upfront and said it’d be that much of a wait so I didn’t have to sit around not knowing the score. Pedicure itself was decent but didn’t have a great experience.
