I have been going to Rachel having a lymphatic massage once a week .
Rachel has always been very welcoming friendly and professional.
I highly recommend having thus treatment it has helped me sleep better and has calmed my nervous system down .Well worth booking in for a couple to get the full benefit

I went for my first ever lymphatic drainage with Rachael and it was incredible from start to finish. As soon as I entered the room, she was so kind & explained the process. The room was also beautiful and the whole experience was very peaceful. I honestly felt amazing after my first ever experience of a lymphatic drainage, I would 100% recommend. Cant wait to try again.
