Terrinle experience. I turned up for my appointment and was not only told they didn't have me in the calendar and they couldn't squeeze me in because the only hairdresser there had overbooked herself but on top of it she informed me that the manager doesnt normally like.giving refunds and it would be very hard for me to get one. This is an absolute joke. Also told I would receive a message the next day from the main hairdresser about the refund to which I haven't. And I have now had to call and send my own message about it to which I still have had no reply. DO NOT GO HERE.
