Really great as always here - normally a 5 - they had no hot water (but Lottie let me know ahead of time) so they’ll refund the difference. Always great service!

I went for a bigger chop than usual, I showed Lottie some photos of what I was thinking and she provided just that! I’m really pleased with my cut, it’s the most I’ve taken off in a while so really pleased with it. Feels healthy and different to what I had done previously.

It was very busy due to party season. I waited 30 minutes to start my appointment as there was a back log of customers. I appreciate the stylist didn't rush. They could be more realistic about how much time is needed per customer. It could have just been exceptionally busy. Overall I was happy with my hair and received alot of complements for it.
