Ray was exceptional at the sport massage and my husband noticed an immediate difference from the aches and pains going from his back to his performance when running. Ray's intrinsic knowledge due to his sports background made him the perfect choice for the 2 hour sports massage I booked for my husband as a gift. Ray was very efficient at responding to my initial inquiry and the booking was a very seamless experience. 100% will be booking as a regular customer!

Really thorough and professional appointment. Huge attention to detail regarding my concerns and related movement. Felt super comfortable before and during the treatment and was informed of the reasons for each stage of treatment with exceptional anatomy knowledge as to why (from an anatomist). Couldn’t recommend more for a comprehensive massage in Leeds - by far the best I have been to!

Ray was so attentive, really took the time to understand the key problems I was struggling with, the root cause which I wasn’t even aware of myself and paid attention to those areas. Left feeling a lot looser in areas that were holding tension - thank you! Would definitely come back again

Been to see Ray a few times and can honestly say that he’s different from the rest in an amazing way
Just recently went to get my hamstrings and back worked on. Limited range of motion and plenty of stiffness prior.
I did struggle finding someone with the right amount of knowledge and precision & now that I’ve had consistent work, I can promise you that this is the person for you.
Jumped off the massage bed and wanted to do gymnastics 😂🙌
