Absolutely amazing therapist, I’ve had lower back pain for so many years and arthritis in both my knees I’ve been to a few places in Leeds and I didn’t know it could get any better until I just decided to come here to give him a try, he explained what he was doing the benefits of it, great anatomy knowledge and performed techniques I’ve never experienced.
A few days on now I am fully pain free, if your wondering where to go I will definitely recommend coming here can say he’s the best I’ve seen

Ray is truly exceptional! I’ve never experienced a massage quite like his, and I’ll definitely be booking again. I came in with a few areas that were bothering me and a painful hip that was stopping me from running, after one session I’ve been able to get back training and running pain free. Couldn’t recommend more!
